Damage caused by condensate
Air in the atmosphere passes through the compressed rotor and contains oil. It is discharged with more than 2,000 ppm of oil through drain lines such as receiver tanks, dryers, and filters of the following process. Regulations for Water Quality Environment (5ppm or less)

Method of discharging condensate
Filtering Type
- Condensate entering the oil-water separator reduces pressure through the pressure relief chamber
- The condensate, which has been first separated by gravity separation, is pulled up from the bottom and moved to the filter to filter out
- Oil raised due to the separation of gravity is drained from the top to the oil tank
- Using an external filter method, it is easy to replace the filter without spilling out the condensate
Chemical Type
- Stirring the splitting agent type oil-water separator
- Solution of condensate with severe emulsion
- Condensate inflow into the Pre-Separation Tank is divided by gravity separation
- When the water level rises, the sensor detects and the suction pump operates to transfer condensate to the stirring tank
- In a stirring tank with the constant amount of splitting agent, mix the condensate with the splitting agent to form a floc and drain it
- Drained floc and condensates are filtered through the filter bag and only clean water is discharged
